There is just no sound from the device, and I cannot see any ouput in the meters as well in Cue Mix. I have tried everything, uninstalling, re-installing, different fireware cable etc but no joy. The device get's detected in Windows, but I have NO sound whatsoever. This is supposed to be a good brand and has a failry good reputation. After doing considerable research, I bought one with a Texas Instruments Chipset, and a fairly good one, StarTech 2 Port FireWire card. So naturally, I had to buy a new firewire card. I have just upgraded my system (I was on Windows 10, and I have kept that installation, only upgraded Hardware) and my current motherboard (Asus Z490) has PCIe slots (which are smaller). My UltraLite (MK3 Firewire - no USB) has been working fine all these years, I had an older system with a PCI firewire card. I am very sad at the current situation and need some dire help.
